How do we do it?
1. Meeting
This is the first step that will allow us to get to know each other.
2. Your needs
We will discuss your company’s needs and establish an action plan
3. We are recruiting
At this stage, we are in constant contact by e-mail or telephone. Within the first week you will receive the first CVs of candidates from us! After accepting the CV, we will organize transport and the candidates will be able to appear in your company
4. Employment and guarantee.
Once candidates are accepted, they start work. Within 14 days from the date of concluding the contract with the candidate, you have the opportunity to verify him in the environment of your company. If the candidate meets the expectations, we settle FV. If a candidate does not meet expectations, we look for another one for the same job
5. Acceptance
If the candidate met your expectations and settled in your company, it means that we have achieved our first joint success. However, our cooperation does not end there. We will continue to monitor the market in terms of your needs, counting on another successful cooperation.
